Villa Medica is a Wrocław-based Medical and Rehabilitation Centre that, before our cooperation began, was hiding its outstanding staff and top-class rehabilitation equipment from the world.
We started regular communication on Villa Medica's Facebook fanpage, which steadily began attracting a growing audience interested in the centre's services. Our goal was to prepare a communication strategy that would be engaging and build trust within our client's target group. In the first months we recorded several hundred percent growth in post reach.
We also opened up to conversations with fans, who could count on direct contact with Villa Medica whenever — due to a high volume of enquiries — the registration line was busy. Providing an additional contact channel proved especially important in the context of the coronavirus pandemic. Worried patients were able to reach specialists directly via social media.
