The global presence of the Mayza Handpan brand
Mayza Handpan is a Polish workshop run by Karol Wilmański, hand-crafting handpan instruments. Our task was to translate craftsmanship and passion into the language of a premium brand and to build a sales platform (PL/ENG) that presents the instruments as luxury products and sells them effectively to musicians all over the world.
Mayza Handpan is a brand built on craftsmanship and the passion of its creator, Karol Wilmański. The challenge was to create a professional sales platform that:
✔️ Unifies the brand image – consistent colours, fonts and information hierarchy.
✔️ Presents the instruments as luxury products – for musicians all over the world.
✔️ Simplifies the user journey – from the first visit to contact and ordering an instrument.

In the niche instrument market, trust and the ability to check the product remotely are crucial. We based our work on three pillars:
✔️ The „Music” section (film library): a space where the customer can hear the sound of specific models, removing the barrier to buying online.
✔️ Transparency and knowledge (FAQ): an extensive question-and-answer section – from how to buy to instrument servicing – positioning the creator as an expert.
✔️ Global availability: a full English version (ENG), enabling effective sales beyond the country's borders.

We delivered the full scope of production and technical work:
✔️ Brand photo session: we prepared the specification and carried out a photo shoot showing Karol at work, workshop details and instruments in use. The photographs became the foundation of the website's and social media's aesthetics.
✔️ Website development: we designed the site visually and functionally, ensuring smooth performance on every device (desktop / tablet / mobile).
✔️ SEO & Copywriting: we prepared bilingual content, including precise alt texts for the graphics, which genuinely supports the brand's ranking on Google.
✔️ SLA standards: we provided the client with full post-implementation support.

✔️ A consistent identity – the brand gained a professional visual setting that corresponds to the high quality of the instruments on offer.
✔️ Effective expansion – thanks to the English version and SEO optimisation, the workshop became visible to international audiences.
✔️ Optimised sales – organising the structure (categories: product, accessories, servicing) made navigation and contact with the creator easier for customers.
The Mayza Handpan case study shows that, for premium and hand-crafted products, a website has to be more than a catalogue – it has to be an experience. Combining a professional photo session with a library of sounds allowed us to create a platform that builds trust and sells passion globally.
