How does a website sell real estate?
AZ Budownictwo is a Wrocław-based developer that bets on modernity and providing reliable information about its projects. Our task was to design and implement a tool that actively supports the sale of specific investments — from the first click to contact with the sales office.
The developer needed not only an attractive showcase, but above all a tool that actively supports the sale of specific investments: Lechonia Apartments, Maya Oasis, Łagodna Apartments and Villas, and Roślinna Apartments. A key issue was the rising cost of handling sales enquiries — clients were calling for information that could be available online. The challenge was to build investment pages that educate, engage and convert.

We focused on a website that answers customers' questions before they even have a chance to ask them. Every element of the design was subordinated to one goal: shortening the path from initial interest to contacting the sales team.
UX/UI and Design We designed the layout of the investment pages with the real estate seeker in mind. Intuitive navigation, a clear presentation of each investment and a well-thought-out information hierarchy. A key feature was the interactive apartment views, allowing users to browse the availability of individual units in real time, with information on size, price and sales status.

Development We implemented investment websites in fully responsive versions, ensuring proper performance on mobile devices, tablets and desktops. Throughout the entire collaboration, an SLA (Service Level Agreement) was in place, guaranteeing the continuity of the service.
Technical integrations We implemented Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics, enabling precise tracking of traffic and the effectiveness of marketing activities. The contact form was integrated with the client's mail system, ensuring a smooth flow of sales enquiries. We regularly updated the contact forms to ensure correct data collection and compliance with GDPR requirements.

SEO We carried out a full SEO audit and implemented the recommended optimisations — heading structure, page load speed and content readability for search engines. In parallel, we updated content and visuals, including 3D investment renderings and photos, adapting them to successive stages of sales.
An integral part of the SEO strategy was the expert blog. Regularly published articles answered real questions asked by potential buyers. The content was optimised for specific key phrases, generating organic traffic and building domain authority. Single how-to posts attracted several hundred unique visits from search, genuinely supporting the visibility of the investments on Google.
