VIVA Veterinary Clinic – a Wrocław-based facility bringing together specialists in many fields of veterinary medicine.

CHALLENGE: Building the image of a clinic of first choice

The veterinary industry requires communication built on enormous trust and empathy, while maintaining full medical professionalism. The challenge for Brandkick was to create a coherent ecosystem of content that, on one hand, gives a glimpse into the clinic's daily life, and on the other, provides pet owners with reliable medical knowledge in an accessible form.

STRATEGY: Three pillars of brand communication

To ensure variety and audience engagement, we designed a strategy built on three creative lines:

✔️ Human-to-Human (Life at the clinic): Building closeness by showing the team of specialists and the behind-the-scenes of their work.

✔️ Expert education (Substantive posts): Positioning VIVA as a leader in veterinary knowledge, solving real problems pet owners face.

✔️ Curiosities and prevention: Engaging the community through light yet valuable formats that increase awareness about pets' health.

EXECUTION: From engaging content to a film production plan

We implemented a full communications-management process, ensuring the uniqueness of each format:

✔️ Diverse Content Design: We create dedicated illustrated graphics, animations, carousels, and authentic photos from the clinic's daily life. Thanks to a regular schedule, posts consistently build organic reach.

✔️ #miesiaceVIVY video production: We organized and coordinated the production of promotional spots. We were responsible for the scripts as well as the on-set work, which featured both doctors and four-legged extras.

✔️ Multiformat: We use static formats, Reels, GIFs, and carousels to dynamically present the clinic's offer and educate on pet care across social media.
