CHALLENGE: Reframing the image of "second-hand clothing"

The main task set before Brandkick was to build a modern image for a chain of second-hand clothing stores as a destination for conscious consumers who care about style and the environment. The challenge was to create an educational platform that not only informs about new arrivals but also inspires the search for unique pieces and teaches sustainable wardrobe care.

STRATEGY: A multi-channel content ecosystem

Instead of simple sales communication, we built a strong educational and brand-building pillar combining the blog with social media:

✔️ Social Media as a source of inspiration: Instagram became the brand's daily lookbook. We show how to put together fashionable outfits using second-hand clothing, combining trends with ecology. Facebook, on the other hand, is a strictly informational channel where we communicate changes in the sales cycle, openings of new stores, or remind people of ongoing promotions.
