KBSR is one of the largest notarial law firms in Poland. Our task was to refresh the branding and professionalise the brand's image so that its visual layer kept pace with the company's dynamic growth and effectively reached both large companies and individual clients.

CHALLENGE: Professionalising the image amid growth

Despite its established position, KBSR faced the challenge of aligning its visual identity with the company's dynamic growth. The arrival of new, younger partners became the impulse to review whether the existing communication still fit the present day. The main goal was to professionalise the image so the firm could reach out to both large companies and individual clients.

STRATEGY: Tradition in a professional form

We chose evolution over revolution, based on the following principles:

✔️ Updating the brand book: defining the rules for using the logo after the company name changed to a longer, multi-part version.

✔️ Refreshing the collateral: focusing on the brand's visual side so it better reflects the firm's professionalism and efficiency.

✔️ Updating the structures: adapting the materials to the new, extended company name reflecting the current line-up of partners.

EXECUTION: A comprehensive set of company materials

As part of the project we refreshed the branding and prepared a consistent set of everyday materials:

✔️ Office materials: design of business cards, document folders and pens with the company logo.

✔️ Digital communication: creation of a professional email signature and dedicated graphics serving as a screen saver.

✔️ Documentation: development of document and presentation templates that ensure visual consistency at every client touchpoint.

Thanks to the changes introduced, KBSR gained a consistent and even more professional image. The refreshed company materials not only keep up with the firm's growth but also demystify the role of the notary — from an inaccessible official they become a partner and support for the client.
