The Polkowice Municipal Office – a local government unit committed to supporting entrepreneurship among young people.

CHALLENGE: Sparking the entrepreneurial spirit at the threshold of adulthood

The main task set before Brandkick was to design and run the first edition of Startup Weekend Polkowice – an event aimed at high school students. The challenge was convincing young people that the world of startups is accessible and worthwhile, and to create an event brand that would be visually attractive while remaining consistent with the municipality's identity.

STRATEGY: Modern branding and precise recruitment

The strategy was built on creating a professional, "tech" image for the event that would stand out from standard educational initiatives:

✔️ Visual identity: We created a logo and identity system inspired by the geometry of the region. We combined modernity with local accents, building the event's prestige right from the start.

✔️ Recruitment funnel: We designed a clear landing page that not only informed about the agenda but, above all, served as an effective tool for collecting registrations.

EXECUTION: From concept to final edit

Our role went far beyond standard marketing – we were responsible for the full delivery of the project:

✔️ Content production: We created promotional spots encouraging participation, and during the event we produced a professional photo and video report (aftermovie), which serves as promotional material for future editions.

✔️ Organization and logistics: We prepared the substantive side (workshops, contest format, mentor selection) and took care of the operational backbone: from catering to funding the prizes.

✔️ 360° coordination: We oversaw the smooth running of the event, ensuring a positive experience for participants at every stage.
