We have been comprehensively supporting Wyższa Szkoła Prawa (a law university in Wrocław) since 2021. We run 360° marketing for it: website and SEO audits, content marketing, Meta Ads campaigns, video production, branding of company materials and out-of-home advertising (OOH) — connecting the digital world with the brand's physical presence at the key moments of recruitment.

The main goal of Wyższa Szkoła Prawa in Wrocław was not only to increase the number of enrolments, but above all to reach the candidate — a person looking for their path after finishing secondary school. The challenges we faced:
✔️ A complex decision cycle: choosing a university is a process that takes months. We had to be present at every stage — from the first interest to the final form submission.
✔️ High-intensity seasonality: a recruitment campaign is a "marathon" that starts as early as March and runs until October, requiring constant freshness of messaging.
✔️ Multichannel: the need to combine the digital world (Meta Ads) with the brand's physical presence (OOH) to create a synergy effect.

I. Digital & SEO: building the base and authority
Instead of focusing solely on paid traffic, we bet on the fundamentals:
✔️ Website audit: we audited the site in terms of UX and UI.
✔️ Expert blog: we run a blog that has become a knowledge base for candidates. We analyse user intent (what are school-leavers looking for?) and create content that not only improves the site's SEO, but also builds trust in the WSP faculty.

II. Social Media & Performance: a precise recruitment funnel
Our social media activities and Meta Ads campaigns form a system of connected vessels:

III. Video production: vision, emotion and creative supervision
As a creative team we act as the executive producer — we not only provide ideas but oversee every detail:
✔️ Scripts and concepts: we create scripts for commercials and Reels, making sure they are dynamic and tuned to the language of young people without losing the university's gravitas.
✔️ Supervision of the production: we work with a production house, coordinating filming and editing. As a result, the final material — from graduation coverage to image spots — is technically flawless and consistent with the brand.
✔️ Video-First: we implemented a video-based strategy, which resulted in an enormous rise in engagement (over 8,900% more video views in key periods).
IV. Branding & OOH: the brand's physical strength
We made sure the WSP brand reached beyond smartphone screens:
✔️ Company materials: we were responsible for the visual side of banners, posters and printed materials that consistently communicated the university's professional image across the campus.
✔️ Out-of-home advertising (OOH): we developed the graphic design of billboard campaigns. Our designs reached media in strategic points of Wrocław and the surrounding area, building mass recognition at the key moments of recruitment.
✔️ Over 1.4 million views during a single recruitment campaign.
✔️ Nearly 3,500 unique users directed straight to the enrolment forms.
✔️ Over 40,000 active interactions (likes, comments, shares).
✔️ A cost per result of PLN 0.01 in engagement campaigns — proof of a perfect match between the content and the target group.
